President

Dhaval Yashvantkumar Patel

Dhaval is an alumnus of three esteemed universities, CEPT in India and EDHEC Business School in France, HEC Business School in Montreal, Canada. He has global experience in Contract Management, Sales & Marketing, and Strategic Development by working in India, France, and Canada.

He is key in our organization in understanding people and markets. He has been a co-founder with Siddharth for an e-pharmacy venture snapdrug. He later pivoted to creating expertise in specialty pharma supplies in Europe and Africa. He then decided to board the SiNi Pharma Pvt. Ltd. team with the vision of creating brand equity and a more sustainable business for supplying quality generics globally. He pioneered packaging by addressing one of the pain points faced in pharma contract manufacturing of efficient packaging procurement. He then made several investments in Packaging Manufacturing sites to address the pain points for his own supplies and cater to Food, Pharmaceutical, and Cannabis producers globally.

Gilbert Kofi Adarkwah

Gilbert Kofi Adarkwah, a distinguished academic and a seasoned investor, has a profound impact on Groupe SIDMEX's strategic direction. With an illustrious educational background including a Ph.D. in Business and Economics with a specialization in Strategic Management from BI Norwegian Business School, and advanced degrees in International Business Investments and Law from the University of Oslo, Gilbert's expertise spans across impact investment, off-market strategies, and corporate political activities, with a particular focus on investments in Africa.

As a former professor to Dhaval Patel, Gilbert joined the board of Groupe SIDMEX, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from his VC firm, Gilbert and Partners. Under his mentorship and investment, Groupe SIDMEX has flourished, benefitting from his strategic insights into international business and investment law. Gilbert's contributions extend beyond academia into impactful global strategies, including his roles within the European International Business Academy and the Strategic Management Society, emphasizing his global outlook and dedication to fostering business innovation.
